This is how to play Level 4, in which you buy a Macrophage cell and use it to activate your Neutrophil!

Eat a bacterium with the Macrophage cell.
—— Buy a Macrophage cell.
—— Macrophage will start making Green TNF molecules.
Buy a Neutrophil.
—— Click on the bar on the bottom left to get back to the Neutrophil.
Activate your Neutrophil.
—— Put the Green Activation receptor on your Neutrophil
—— Drag a Green TNF molecule to the Green TNF receptor
Neutrophils will stay activated for 30 seconds.
Activated Neutrophils cause inflammation damage.
—— So activate Neutrophils when they are close to the bacteria you want to eat.
